Guys!!! Good news follow up from Hong Kong. I talked with the designer and the manager of the shop. BOVA !!! That is 2 color backlight, color (glow blue, green, orange, red, and ($50 more for hyper white). They also custom make template pattern. It also has a control the speed change from one to the other, contrast, and sound. Damn. That is much more professional the nopi's.
Price around $200-300, it depends on design, backlights, custom made template design.
It comes with a/c adapter with 6 months warranty, face plate renewal $50 with core.
Man that is sweet.
I also asked as if the face plate materials suitable for hot weather. Then they said they tested more than 50 kinds of materials and they do have American customer in Texas never complain and reorder hunders in a year. ( I wonder what type of vichle but they never tell me.)

Further they have the other product l which supercharge, stablize your hyper white light bulb, I watch the demo. IT is almost 80 % of a really HID system from philips and looking for around $200, depends on bulbs.
