troubles with susp. setup

okay, so I installed some used goods that I picked up from a buddy of mine.

setup is:
KYB AGX
Dropzone Coilovers
Suspension Technique swaybars (F & R)
adj endlinks

I set the ride height where its just at the tire in the rear and about .5" in front above the tire. But there is ZERO suspension compliance. I know I can raise it (havent messed with it much, waiting on my 17" 5zigens to show up) and probably gain some compliance.

But what I'm interested in is sway bar setup. With the adjustable endlinks, what am I looking for? Should they be free and able to move at full sag (car in air on jack)? Should there be some extent of preload while up in the air?

I'm trying to do things to the best of my ability but I'm not familiar with swaybar setup at all. I do know that with the car in the air there wasnt any play with the factory swaybar and endlinks.

It seems my rear bar is binding on the "frame" above it.

What should I do from here?

here's a few images to discuss the troubled area. This is the rear sway bar and adjustable endlink. I dont understand why its where it is and what to do about it.

nevermind. I'm dumb. Bar was "upside down". Needed to swap it left to right
