Transmission Mods
 

Hey all,

So im rebuilding my transmission this winter and getting it cryo'd, since I plan on making about 500 WHP, and drag racing. I had heard a while ago somewhere, from someone, that you can cut every other syncro tooth out to aid in quicker shifting. My question is, does this work? Has anyone done it? Is it advisable to do? I realize this would probably make the transmission a little tougher to shfit during crusie etc. but that isn't of much concern to me.

Also, are there any other mods people do to the stock transmission to aid in shifting/strength? Im hoping for some free/cheap/easy mods.
