Tips for diff INSTALL?

So im swapping out my n/a diff for a T2 diff and of course its being a PITA to get in. It was easy enough to take out, but having bolted up the front diff mount, I cant get the rears to go on their studs (barely a centimeter off). Ive got the subframe lowered all the way to the edge of their studs but no amount of wiggling will get the diff in. It seems like it would be easier if I could get the back half of the subframe lowered, tilted, etc but it just does not seem to go down?

take the subframe all the way off. it is alot easier IMO. and you know the driveshaft wont bolt to the t2 diff right?

I took the subframe all the way off and it made it pretty easy.

ya, it really is quite easy compared to how hard it looks. diff nuts off, subframe mounts and nuts off, swaybar bolts out, disconnect brake lines and ebrake. it all comes off in 1 piece.to get it back in just be creative and use like two jacks.

The way I did it was to bolt the rear of the diff in all the way, then lift the subframe up and get about 2 threads of the nuts, then loosen the rear of the diff, tighten the front of the diff, then bolt the subframe in all the way.
