Are the TII flywheels smaller than the 3rd gen 13b-rew's

Same diameter, 7 lbs heavier

yes.. TII are heavier then FD.

s5TII counterweight is same as FD counterweight.

so theoretically during a clutch change you could pick up a stock FD flywheel and bolt it in since the front counterweight is the same?
