Are these afr's safe?
 
I have a 91 TII that I bought, which came with a blitz dual sbc, full 3" exhaust from the turbo back, intake, and a chipped ecu. I believe the turbo is a stock unit. With the boost controller off the car won't run any less then 10-11 psi.

I finally figured out how to use the boost controller and decided to play with it a bit. I currently have it set @ 14.5 psi. Im not sure how to post the data log but basically at 3500 rpm it was at 11:1 then slowly rose up to 12.6:1 at 6000rpm then dropped immediatly to 12.0:1 then slowly rose to 12.6:1 at 7000 rpm. Is this rich enough for a rotary with the previously stated mods? thanks!

I dont know if it's safe but that seams pretty lean, specialy for a rotary.

Make sure your wastegate can handle those mods. S4 models have tiny wastegates, I learned the hard way, even though I was warned

11:1 after about 4PSI is a good safe number, i wouldn't push the car at the AFRs you said it is running at.. on a hot day and one good pull you may wind up pushing your car home.

I checked the afr's with the boost controller off. the boost was at 10 psi and the afr's were exactly the same. should I be worried? There not much i can do without buying atleast a piggy back, but in your opinions do you think the engine will pop how the afr's are currently?

Are those AFR readings on a wideband or a crappy, narrowband splice-in guage?

are you running 14lbs on a stock turbo? i dont belive that is a good idea for the turbo's life
