is there a catalytic converter return line on s5 t2's????

ok... me and speeddemon32 have been trying to figure this one out..... my s4 t2 motor has a tube going from the cat to the lower intake manifold... his s5 t2 has the tube coming off the cat, but no tube going to the motor.... is it missing, or did s5 turbos not have this tube??? thanx for your help!

where is the tube going if ts not connected? in one way or another, it should be connected to the air pump. not directly, but they're in the same "system." i believe the pipe connects to the ACV.

Is it a series five JSPEC engine? Maybe that's the reason.

All the rotaries have this, to my knowledge, jspec or not. They all had at least one cat, and due to the rotary exhaust environment, need the fresh air for cooling purposes for longevity.

On the turbo II engines, the pipe comes i right above the stock turbo water feed line on the LIM, behind the ACV.

Exactly right.
