Terrible rear camber, why?
 

Ok my rear camber is way off, lots of negative camber. What could be the cause? Camber links, suspension bushings, shocks?

Broken or messed up camber links can cause enormous amounts of negative rear camber. How much is there really? Got a picture?

thats how mine looks... I hope there is nothing wrong. BTW how wide are those tires?

Those are 225's, they are Fuzion ZRi's, everyone says they run a bit smaller than a normal 225, wish I had known that before I got them

that is how mine looks also. Did you drop it at all, or did it get worse at some point?

thats normal.. I think it has something to do with the rear steering junk.

I'm sorry, but the DTSS does not induce negative camber.
Extreme suspension drops will though.
Was the car lowered recently???

why would camber be normal, mazda wanted you your inner tire to wear or something?

No the car has not been lowered, it has all OE parts on it to my knowledge. Wouldn't be surprised if they were 18 years old.

that is how the rear suspension was designed. i'm not 100% sure of the reason so i won't speculate here. don't worry about you camber!!! if you want to lower you car ALOT, then you can buy adjustable links at mazdatrix.com

That is true, there is noticable camber on stock FC's. Camber adustment parts can help correct it. When my friend put the camber rod on his car it corrected it, but at the same time it the toe was also adjusted.

No, this is not entirely true.
Those links will only dial out so much negative camber.
Excessive rear camber cannot be dialed out with those links or even with a rear adjust camber rod.
Dropping the rear over 2" can induce huge amounts of negative camber and no adjustable link is going to take all of it out.

If you have the stock 18 year old suspension, your springs are most likely sagging, causing excessive negative camber (similar to when you install lowering springs).
