tein super drift suspension?

has anyone purchased the tein super drift suspension for the fc3s? if so, how much and where? how is it?

I am ordering that for my TII. I haven't used it myself but several of my friends love theirs. And I'd be willing to bet that I can get you the best price on them. PM me if you are interested.

I've ridden in a few Nissan S-chassis with Super Drift before. They are awesome for the track, but if you plan on driving this on the street, I'd go with Type Flex.

Well the flex and the super drift are the same construction except for the different valving, spring rates, and helper spring in the rear. Youll like the super drifts because they will give you more feedbsck when driving.

boosted rex who do you get your TEINs from.

OMGWTHFBBQ 04-04-06 04:37 AM

they arent flex's with small upgrades. They totally redid the shock body and everything. I'm friends with someone who works for Tein and asked him about that personally

I would also like to know what kind of deal you can get on a set of those

Ju5tFC1t 04-04-06 04:39 AM

They are flex's with small upgrades and who do you know at TEIN anyway.

Ju5tFC1t 04-04-06 04:41 AM

They are both the same twin tube design with different valving different spring rates and helper springs on the rear you going on what you so called friend says i go by what a see on a daily basis.

Ju5tFC1t 04-04-06 04:42 AM

and if you had a friend at TEIN why would you be asking him what kin da deal he could get for you?????

I got them on my car now, and my my they kick ass. They are very very bumpy during daily driving but I don't care, it is totally worth the performance. I got mine off e-bay for $1500

staticguitar313 04-07-06 11:17 PM

I'm kinda playing with the idea of a set of Tein's i want performance but my car is VERY MUCH a daily driver, What about a softer set and then buying the EDFC controller?
