basically all you do is rip out the secondary plates and the rod they are on. Then you fill the holes in with JB weld or something and let it dry. after that your done man. Unless you want to port/polish it.

i am completely new to this, and i am not very smart :( i need to know which one is the secondary plates, and yeah, will i pass emission with this? thanks!

here you go
this mod shouldn't affect emissions at all

it effect's daily drivablity slightly though.. When you remove the second plates, the throttle response is even better than before, .. there is also a couple of other things that can be removed and blocked off, for a generally better looking throttle body, port it out, clean it up, and bolt it back on.
