Tachometer and Fuel gauge not working

I pulled the dash and gauge cluster out yesterday. I opened up the cluster to check if everthangs alright and reassembled and put everything back together. Now my tach shows no life and fuel gauge needles goes all the way up.

Come on someone knows...

Lol you screwed something up. Did you recheck to make sure you didnt unhook anything from the gauge cluster. Also, if you're worried about the fuel gauge the only thing i can think of is to drain the tank and find some way to make the gauge read empty. Then when it reads empty, fill the tank back up to see if it works. It may be messy but i cant think of anything else. As for the tachometer i dont know.

Check your METER fuse first.

nice man, but how'd u get it to work? my fuel gauge is also not working but it reads empty all the time.

I guess i somehow plugged it in wrong but that would mean the tach would have went up too... maybe it *gasp* died?

haha figures, but the thing the prev owner rolled back the miles so i think he messed it up
