T2 rebuild - massive smoke from turbo & oil filler neck

Hello, I need your help again :)

we just finished the rebuild of a S5 T2 with stock turbo and mild streetport. The turbo has been rebuild with a gpopshop rebuild kit.
We were really happy it did start on the first crank and we sorted out some smaller issues and took it out today for gas (500 ml premix to 3/4 tank) and for a small ride round the block.

The coolant temperature is stable at around 40 to 50% on the way up of the gauge. Oil pressure is ok too, oil level at full, no moisture or coolant in the oil.
The ilde is still a bit lumpy but thats a different story. Also the secondarys don't come online. I didn't push the motor to avoid it leaning out and going boom.
The turbo produced only minimal boost, must have been 2 or 3 mm above 0.

While driving there was more and more blue/grey smoke comming out of the turbo area.
I managed to get it on the parking lot and it went worse. There was a lot of smoke comming from the turbo CHRA area. There is however no coolant or oil spilled.
Lots of smoke are also comming from the oil filler neck and pickup tube (if opened/removed)

Have a look at the video we made:
http://youtu.be/YwYobNcJ6IQ
After the video we tried to drive it back into the garage but at that moment it was pouring out massive clouds of smoke from the exhaust and turbo area that we had to stop it so nobody calls the fire dep.
Does anybody have an idea whats going wrong with this engine ?

Best regards
Steven

Have you properly ventilated your crankcase?

I believe the original setup is still working on this engine.
But I dont think that Combustion blow-by is causing that much smoke, even with oil filler neck open, there is smoke comming from it.
As you can see in the vid, there is smoke comming from the CHRA like a steam machine.

For me the whole issue sounds like its turbo related. My best bet ist that the turbo is burning oil.

Didn't you just rebuild the turbo, though?

Yes we did, engine and turbo rebuild. But you never know, it might be bad even after rebuild. I am not a turbo nut  I know only basics about turbos.
It did had alot of play, so I figured a rebuild would be nice, specially because we did the engine, so why not the turbo too while we are at it.

Did you have the turbine shaft balanced?

No we did not.
I know it should be, but we didn't.
