any way to fit the s5 t2 shift knob in a s5 n/a?
they dont fit for me :P

It should thread right on, unless you damaged the threads. It's also possible that you have either an S4 shift knob or shift lever. The thread size and pitch changed between the series.

S5 knobs are all the same (including threads), the S5 Turbo only being leather covered.

then i must be trying to put an s4 knob on my s5 ;) its so pretty though

An S4 knob would fall straight through because the S4 levers have a thicker thread type.

I think I have the stock shift knob on my vert, its leather covered. Did s5 verts get the same shift knob as the s5 TII?
