just had my old muffler removed from the frist cat from the eng down and a pretty much straight to the muffler in the back .is there any thing i need to worry about if it might hurt the eng or sorts thanks

If it's an NA, you'll need enough backpressure in the air tube to power/trigger the sixport actuators

there should be enough backpressure it is much quiter and gets secend gear rubber. but how do i tell if there is not enough

Oops i had to fix it again, i put s5 na that NEEDS backpressure, switched to s4.

First...don't argue with the answers you're given. If you already know, then why ask?

Second...if you went straight-pipe from either the manifold back or removed the #3 cat you will NOT have adequate backpressure to operate the 6-port sleeves propperly.
