Still flooding
 

Well my car's been flooding and I cannot seem to find the issue.
Seems like the car is running really rich, I'm getting 14MPG.

-new o2 sensor: check light was on
-compression check: 105psi on all faces
-new high flow cat (bonez)

And a tune up. The car starts on the 2nd try if I press the gas pedal to stop the fuel. In the morning the car usually starts right away on the first crank.

It saves lives, trust.

Well I'd rather fix the issue.
I forgot to mention that I got my fuel injectors professionally cleaned.

The fuel cut switch does not have to be installed on a series five. That series has it's own built in fuel cut switch that works by holding the pedal to the floor.

Holding the pedal to the floor makes the TPS go to full travel. The ECU sees this plus, at the same time, it sees the START signal coming from holding the key to Start, so it disarms the fuel injectors as long as these two items are seem by the ECU. Engine turns over with spark still there, and the remaining fuel is purged or lit off by the sparking plugs.

I've no idea why your engine is flooding since the compression is reasonable and the injectors were cleaned.

The plugs aren't supposed to look like that right?

have you checked any of the Senders?.like the water Temp sender?..this would give you real Crappy mileage as it is Hooked up to the ECU and gives the Engine what it is supposed to get under Cold and Hot Conditions..If that is Kaput,then I am thinking that the Ecu reads it as Cold All the Time and therefore Even if your Car would start under Cold temps the Ecu would give the Engine Fuel ,as a Cold Engine ,ALL the time..and if that is the case,it Would Eat the fuel up pretty good.

BTW in my personal experience, the O2 sensor will not throw a check engine light. It will send the code that it is bad/malfunctioning, but it will not give you a check engine light.

I had another code too so that one prolly sent that check engine light.

I'd check the thermosensor too. That gave me some starting issues on my s5. Fixed the connection and no hot start problems after that. How's the compression?

BAC valve working correctly?

If it isn't, it is possible that the ECU has a blown circuit, but that it pretty rare on the S5 models. But on the S4 models when the BAC controller circuit goes, the ECU tends to make the car flood easy
