starter problems
 

last night i was driveing my car and stop at a friends house. when i cam out to leave i tried to start my car and it went click. the headlights come on and i no the car is getting power.

when I turn the key to start i here something underneth the car go click. could the started be bad. or could their be a shout.

i know the car runs becuase i pushed started it but i will not start with the starter.


please help

sounds like the starter, smack it with a hammer a couple times
