Spring and Shock Question

I've got Tockico Springs and struts on my car.
I believe there 5-6 yrs old. Are these still good??

Tokico struts, just like KYB struts are supposed to have a lifetime warranty if installed correctly. If you abuse your suspension I.E. autocross, or drifting, your springs could eventually begin to get a little soft. I would assume that they have a warranty also. I would check your bushings if you are feeling some spongy bouncing.

How many miles are on the shocks? Even good shocks will begin to soften after several thousand miles. If they're that old I'm assuming you've got at least 30-40-50k miles on them. Probably seen better days. Does the car float? Hit a large bump and continue to bounce? If yes then they're most definetly done.

Springs do not lose rate. They will sag over time, which may be a plus. They won't lose rate though. A trick for showroom stock racers is to find the oldest springs they can at a boneyard that have sagged. This will produce the lowest, legal ride height.

I'm not sure how many miles are on the shocks
I know their 6 yrs old though.
The car is so damn low!! I could hardly go over any bumps and I can feel every little bump in the road
