Speedo wire?
 

I am gonna install a Greddy Turbo Timer but can not find the speedo wire from ECU.
plz help

Because there is none.....at the ECU.

pick it up at the back of the gauge cluster, or the power steering computer (on S4 and Turbo models) or at the cruise control computer.

Hailers is right, there is no speed signal at the ECU.

hook up the Turbo Timer to the speed sensor wire coming from the back of the gauge cluster, or the power steering computer (on S4 and Turbo models) or at the cruise control computer.

just leave it off... and hook the e-brake one up.

where the wire at? under gauge?

same color as in that diagram, green/red.

If you mean the Cruise Control unit and the Green wire with the red stripe (GR), the CC is located just aft of the fuse box. If you have no cruise control, the plug will still be there awaiting a aftermarket install.
The plug has 13 sockets on it. One of which is GR. It should be in the middle of the plug. That's for a series four. The plug should have a B, LW, GO,Y,G, GW,WG,Br, LR, GR, GY, L, GB colored wires on it.
