I just tell them the part numbers - NGK BUR7EQ and BUR9EQ. You need two of each.
|
thanks
thank you, you helped out alot i was about to buy 4 of the same.
|
And if that wasnt cool enough. Each plug has either an L or a T on it! Bet you cant figure out what THAT stands for!!
|
funny... not
i didn't know im 17 never had a car really before just needed to know
|
Well, if you dont know, then you better figue it out especially if you are going to be installing the plugs yourself! And what does being 17 have anything to do with understanding what L and T mean? I cant stand when ppl use inexperience as an excuse for lack of thought.
T is for trailing, and L is for leading. L goes in the bottom holes, and T goes in the top holes. Make sure the wires get hooked up properly! There is L1, L2, T1, T2. -a |
Yay!

???
alrite you dont have to be like snappy about it i think i coudl use age as an excuse because i wouldn't be looking into replacing parts until i could drive.. this would be my first car.. and ive never even seen a spark plug in real life so i probably would have realized this hwen i got there i was just hoping to get helped.
|
also, if that confuses you..
T could be Top L could be Lower thats what I use, just not to be confused. |
thanks man. thats a good way of remembering.
|
Remember, a standard spark plug socket doesn't fit on these plugs. I do believe you will need a 17mm deep socket.
|
No, a regular 13/16 spark plug socket will work just fine.

not you J-rat.. sunshine

Every time I go to Kragan to buy spark plugs I have to tell them wich ones I need. They don't know squat about leading or trailing. Last time I just took the part number, it was much quiquer that way.....
