Spark Plugs for 13B in 1988 FC
 

OK, I have looked till my eyes are blurring and did not find what I needed.
Posting this to get everyone's suggestions on Spark Plug replacment options?
What all kinds of plugs work best?
Do you need different no.'s for Lead vs. Trail?

Looking to buy a new set, and need everyones feedback on which ones work best?

FSM says NGK SD10A and SD11A. I cannot seem to reference these to current NGK p/n's.

I am sure somewhere someone has already posted this, but my time is limited.

Suggestions, observations??

NGK works great and thats what alot of people use. Any parts store should be able to get the spark plugs for you and be able get the right part number. Should be around $5.50 per at your local parts store.


It should be two BUR7EQ and two BUR9EQ.

Ngk bur7eq and bur9eq are the norm for rotary

Yes, one is for leading, one is for trailing. Two 7's for one, two 9's for the other. I forget which is leading and which is trailing, but the auto store will probably tell you.

every autoparts store i've ever stopped at always has the NGK's

are there high prefomence ones that you could use or those are just the best for rotarys?

whats the numbers for trail and lead on BR10ET's?

I went w/ 8's & 6's, simply because of that chart... I do alot more commuting, than aggressive driving... Aside from a leaky coolant hose, I've had NO problems staying nice & cool.
