So did I hack enough of the bumper for my FMIC hahaha

I think I went to wide on it (you can see the piping connecting to the endtanks lol) ... theres still another 4" or so above the rub strip so I might just cut that part as well.

Yeah, but I bet all the air going around the IC has helped his overheating issues a bit.

hurleysurf24 09-16-07 07:19 PM

just a bit ;) lol ... my radiator and water pump took a poop anyway but what can ya do haha

1RevvinFC3S 09-16-07 07:27 PM

LOL, damn man. Well, just get yourself another frontend and you'll be good to go again! I don't care either way, not my car, but just be happy with what you do.

beastyrx7 09-16-07 09:06 PM

the front mount cooler there, will most likely over heat the car any way. if done incorrectly. weather the cooler is ther or not if ur car is healthy it wont overheat. i got stock radiator and water pump and it has never overheated, in 40degee celcius, still runs under half way heat, and my heater core leaks coolant, and it still never manages to over heat. a rotor that over heats mean there is something wrong with it

i'd take a look at your engine if that's happening. your thermostat may be set to open wayyy to low.

fyi i already said my waterpump and what not crapped out ;)
