sizing up an oil restrictor for stock turbo w/ high oil pressure on the motor

any suggestions on how to size this up. my motor is planned to have the race pressure regulator, and im thinking this will be a problem w/ the turbo smoking.

its a stock s4 turbo w/ a h-trim wheel. stock compressor housing.

If you are useing the stock turbo, I think it will be ok. These came with restrictors in them, if not mistaken. Otherwise, call ATPTURBO.COM and ask them. I got one for my hybrid there. Also, B&R Turbo
