silent bov after turbo upgrade?

I just put on a t04b hybrid and i can barely hear the bov. i got a Apexi twin chamber bov, and with the stock turbo it was really loud. I checked every vacuum line, is there anything else i need to check for or be aware of? thanks

Is the BOV running off a T?
Where is the BOV vacuum line go to?

the vacuum line on the back of the bov goes to a T which goes to a boost gauge, pressure sensor, and greddy boost controller.

Another problem also. I was putting the bolt on the oil line to the turbo ( the one with the flex pipe in the middle) and the bolt broke off on the turbo side. I mixed some JB weld and some black silicone togehter to hopefully seal it. It has worked so far, I have about 20 miles on it and nothing has leaked. How long do you think this will last?

Get the BOV off the T.
Is it on the "branch"?
If so, at least put it on the straight end.
You can T off all the gauges, but try to keep the BOV on it's own fitting.

yeah, but it sounded fine until i hooked up the turbo. It was on the T with the stock turbo also.

Does that whole mess go to the ACV?

yes and the rest goes to they go to the pressure sensor boost controller and boost gauge

Try and run just a single line from the fitting to the BOV and see if this is able to trigger the BOV properly.
If that doesn't work, then there is something wrong with the BOV itself.
