whats wrong with it *edit nice person...

gotdatfiyah 07-03-03 06:43 PM

i know the little plastic h type thing with the spring on it is missing, but the drivers side one should still work. i think there's something wrong with the power part

ERAUMAZDA 07-03-03 06:43 PM

Even though your going to be an ass. I'll help you out. Your missing the metal see-saw type piece that makes the proper connections. Also, clean the connecion points with sand paper and put some di-eletric grease on it.

It would help more if you were more discriptive.

re-connect it and check for power.

gotdatfiyah 07-03-03 06:47 PM

should've seen it before, i cleaned it with contact cleaner (available at your local radio shack in a nice spray bottle with brush) at work, but looking at the wiring on it, i figured i was missing some sort of piece of conductive material in the "on/off" switch part, so could i just put a lil bit of solder between the two parts on the on/off switch and have it work that way?

ERAUMAZDA 07-03-03 06:53 PM

Shouldn't hurt

Black13B 07-03-03 09:31 PM

rx7raca 07-03-03 09:47 PM
