Same fuel pumps?!?
K, I'm at autozone trying to figure out what the Denso #195130-0261 fuel pump goes (which by the way if someone can tell me I would appreciate it) and while cross referencing numbers the guy at auto zone is telling me that the 91 Rx7 N/A coupe, vert, and TII all had the same fuel pumps. He even showed me the part numbers. I'm confused now because this whole time I've been told they are different. Can anyone help me clear this up.

yeah he is on crack, theyre differnen hold on i'll prove it
|
cant find it
but go to mazda and ask, i know they are different |
Still stumped
|
I go into bosch pumps and it's the same thing. They sell the same pumps for bot the N/A and TII.......?
|
why not a walbro fuel pump? TII has a different fuel pump than n/a im for sure of that.
|
Well I supposedly have a Denso TII fuel pump in my hand. The autozone guy threw me off threw me off and I saw the numbers. Ah forget it. Maybe I should just throw both pumps away and just buy a damn Walboro pump. This is just frustrating the hell out of me!

That is what the Denso site lists. But the parts fische for a n/a and a Turbo show different part numbers for each. The FSM shows different output pressures for the two pumps. BUT since I don't know the output of the Denso pump listed in the url, it's hard to say if it's good for a turbo and n/a car. A turbo pump in a n/a from my experience, shows no ill effects. |
I work at Pep Boys and i check my listings on the computers and my books and i get the same fuel pump part number for 2gen and 3gen(bosh remanufactured pumps)the price for this thing is 300.00 and no warranty SUCKS
