S5 T2 swap questions

I have a '91 RX7 that was NA. I'm doing a T2 swap and have a few questions. I purchased a JDM engine from Japan2LA. In the process of prepping to install it. As of the moment I just need my car up and running and also can not afford to do the full T2 drivetrain swap. So I'm keeping everything else from my NA, including the tranny.
So from what I've read, I understand that I need to swap over the NA flywheel. I have a heavy duty NA clutch to install. Is the flywheel and clutch the only thing that needs to be swapped to make the NA tranny work? And also, I've see the Turbo Swap FAQ in RotaryRocket88's signature. But that focuses on the S4 swap. What wiring changes, if any, need to be made to swap a S5 T2 into a S5 NA car?

Thanks guys, Ben

Go to the end of the thread my sig. links to. I added some info on the wiring changes for S5 swaps that will help you out. As for the transmission question, yes, you just need to switch to an S5 NA flywheel.

The wiring is pretty simple to adapt the NA harness to Jspec TII engine (s5 to s5). The Knock Sensor and the Boost Controller are wired in place of the two unused solenoid connectors. I'm fairly sure that's all that I had to change on mine (recently completed a TII swap into my S5 NA). You can eliminate the boost controller and opt for a manual, digital, or just cap off the vac going to the factory boost controller and just tuck that connector out of the way. If you do not have to worry about emissions you can eliminate all 3 of the solenoids and several feet of vacuum hose.

You will need to hook the knock sensor up.
