S5 removing cats question (searched, but didn't find an answer)

I got a Bonez Race Pipe, and am preparing to install it, but I wanted to gather as much info on this as possible.

1) Firstly, it's an S4 NA race pipe and I've got an S5 NA, that doesn't affect anything functionality or size-wise, right? the only difference is the nipple for back pressure to open the aux ports for an S4. Would I need to plug this nipple up or anything?

2) I've been reading a lot on how S5's use the pressure from their air pump to actuate the VDI and 5th and 6th ports. And there is a hose going from the Air pump, to the ACV then to the stock catalytic converter, right? So when I remove the cat, I won't have anything to connect this hose to anymore. Will there be any pressure created from the airpump when it's not connect to the catalytic converter, because if it's not connected to anything on the end which is supposed to be connected to the cat, wouldn't there be a big drop in pressure? What do I do with the hose going from the ACV to the cat?

I hope you guys understand what I mean here. I'm looking to keep most of my emissions excluding the cat, and I don't want to wire the ports open (basically, keep this as simple as possible).

I ran a strait pipe on my S5NA, the hose your refering to that connects to the cats is just for emissions... it injects puffs of air to help get the cat up too temperature. My 6 ports still worked fine after I removed it. I just wired it up under the chassis in case I get another cat.

cool, that's what I was hoping to hear.....so the way you have it set up right now, does it puff out air from that hose you wired up under the chassis? I guess it wouldn't really affect anything having it puff out air like that.

Anyone know about the S4 > S5 compatibility?

Well now I have a full Racing Beat true-dual road race exhaust. Its very quiet and I still dont hear any puffing air so no worries.
