S5 N/A Removing aftermarket alarm, wiring question.

Wow its been a while, I picked up a 91 N/A thats in pretty amazing shape compared to what you see nowadays and I'm trying to get rid of the first problem spot I found, an aftermarket alarm. Whoever installed this was as bad if not worse than the guy who installed the last one you removed. I've already taken the relay out of the starter wire and now I'm working on the fuel pump wiring, I'm going to wire it the same you do a TII with a new relay and bigger wire. My question is in regards to this handful of wires that this alarm guy hacked into that runs down the drivers side door sill, install guy did some weird stuff and now I'm kind of lost. Any help is appreciated as always.

First, a pic of the new bird

from looking at the wiring diagram, it looks like 4 are for the power antenna, 4 for the fuel pump, and two for the rear cargo light? need to figure out which color is what, all tail lights function as they should if that helps any.

no clue what these wires are for, maybe the antennae? Wired a new relay for fuel pump, car started fine, put gas in, fuel gauge works, not gonna worry about it.

you need to get the installation manual for THAT alarm and then work backwards,

that alarm was installed in 94, pretty sure im not finding that manual.
