S4 TII Solid Differential Mounts???

Where can I find a set of solid differential mounts for an S4 TII.
Mine are getting worn out and my rear end is knocking like hell. Since I have to replace them anyways, I would like to get good ones that wont wear out, and will give me a better launch.
Also, anyone have some installation instructions for me?
thanks
