S4 and S5 TID differences

I have a spare s4 TID... I wanted to make a PVC (or ABS) pipe for my S5 T2, and to use the s4 TID as a model. What are the differences?

Thanks

S5 TIDs have one more fitting in them for the output from the Duty Control Solenoid.

you could buy a pre-made intake pipe for a honda that has a 45degree bend in it, cut it down, get 3-3" coupler and a 3-2.5" coupler

But there are two bends in the pipe?

What size is the extra fitting?
Thanks

If you've got an S5, you can use a single bend, since you can orient the AFM any way you'd like. The fitting is a female 1/4".

Or, you could remove it entirely :-p
