RSX-S Seats into vert?

What do you guys think ... I';ve been playing around with the idea of S2000 black or red leather seats .. I can get em for around 400 bucks

or black leather rsx-s seats for around 350

Question is will the rsx-s seats fit properly into a convertible? Or does anyone even know ? lol
