Right side turn signal's out

No right side turn signal (front and rear). New bulbs, negatives are good at bulb, power through fuse... is there a relay switch anywhere? Any help is appreciated.

Probably a bad flasher board in the CPU. You can try resoldering it or replace the board (I have them available on my website).
