Resetting Ecu mess car up??

hey guys, i test drove my 7 the other day becuase its been sitting for while. Somthing very wierd happend, as soon as it was warmed up yada yda yada, as soon as i started boosting, the car would bog down, my turbo would boost to around 12 psi, and the egine sounded like it was working really hard(it got really loud. Especially at WOT. The reason this thread is titled the way it was is becuase while my car was sitting, i pulled that battery out because it would just drain anyways. The car was running fine before this. any suggestions? thanks -a;ex

LOOK MAN

Alright the thing is the same thing happened to me.
It is not you ecu because it is so simple on a second gen it doesnt any kind of memory anyway. I think your problem could be worse. In my case I let the car sit to long and the bearings froze up. Im not saying this is what happened to you but you might change your oil and look for little copper looking peices. If you find copper peices than you know it is a bearing. Also does it make any types of clunks while running. I now saying this is what happened Im just saying that this happens when the sit to long and especialy when there are open to the elements.

GOOD LUCK MAN

How long was your car sitting for before you started it?

it will rev fine all the way to redline in neutral as well, its only when i boost when the engine is under load, Even more specifically, any pedal travel past the "Soft spot"
