Replacement Headlights

What does everyone think of replacing the stock flip-ups with stationary headlights? Mine work perfectly, but I feel that it's just another expensive RX-7 electrical component that can break. And they're soooooooo eighties.

has anyone tried the factory replacement Silvania Silverstars? I hear they are pretty nice for the price.

man get the non sealed beam conversion they are like 30 bucks online (ebay) and you get a really bright and white/blue bulb....

as far as stationary headlights get ready to fork out some money at least 650 for the east bear or how ever much a bumper that is made for stationary headlights costs....alot

All non-flip up lights I've come across had inferior light patterns versus the stock flip-ups.&nbsp It's more of a cosmetic thing...

Exactly!! fi you want something really different try the pop-up knight sports kit (it's pricey though. It's a 4 projector kit that uses the pop ups but its very stylish and I'm sure very bright. Otherwise, the H4 conversion from Hella is your best bet...not too much money, brighter bulb than the stocks and much better light pattern!! Swap the bulbs with some raybrigs or piaas and you're good to go!!
