Reinstalling a BAC valve

Alright guys....my car doesn't have a BAC valve on it, and I'm trying to reinstall one, that I picked up here off the forum. I have no idea where anything is suppose to hook up. I went out to look at where it should mount on the manifold, and it appears that the hole on the manifold where it should mount has been filled with JB Weld instead of a block-off plate being used. So, my first question...is there a way to remove this stuff short of using a hammer and chisel?

Secondly, if i'm able to get this crap out of the manifold...can somebody explain to mewhat hoses need to be run from the valve and to where? I looked at the FSM here online (4B-65) in the manual, and I can't see crap...it tells how to troubleshoot it...but not really how to reinstall it. So somebody befriend a noob and tell me how to reinstall this thing.

The BAC Valve hose connects to the air intake tube before the TB.

I don't know how you would go about removing the JB weld. That stuff is made to stay.

Im going to be doing the same with installing the BAC Valve. Its been off for years. That is going on along with my OMP which will be pumping in 2 stroke.

looking at this thing...there appears to be 2 larger hoses coming off of it...if one goes to the air intake @ the TB...where does the other go?

JB-Weld is easy to remove with a Dremel tool and rotary file bit.

As for the hose routing, I can't tell you much past what is in the FSM or Haynes manual vacuum and fuel diagrams.

As a summary, the BAC connects with a thickish air hose to a nipple on the TID/intake just after the AFM. Then the coolant line runs to the BAC. In a turbo car, I think it goes from the rear iron nipple to the thermowax/throttle body to the BAC then to the nipple on the back of the water pump housing.
