Jager 02-19-05 11:35 PM

I love when people actually take 3 or 4 forgotten FC's and make it all work. Congrats yo!

Adam 02-19-05 11:45 PM

nice video. i can hear it. sounds wierd, its missing and shit! what am i looking at agian? its dark all i see is a light

torean 02-19-05 11:49 PM

niiiice....my engine is in too!....but the exhaust mani bolt broke so thats gotta be replaced.........

RotaryEvolution 02-19-05 11:54 PM

looking at the pics, the reason the temp is a little high is because there is no shroud, there isn't much air being pulled through the radiator, i would install the shroud before you warm it up again.

and grats on getting her running. :)

What are you talking about going through engines? He took an engine he currently had from one of the FC's he got and rebuilt it, he's never blown an engine. He left the fan shroud off just for the initial startup and idle and if you had read he shut it off when the temp gauge got to half way.

It's not missing, it's called a fresh rebuilt engine, removed exhaust diffusers, 2k idle, and no emissions. Do you have anything positive to say or do you enjoy just being an ass?

felixwankel88 02-20-05 12:01 AM

yeah i have to get a fan shroud or elextric fan really soon

Adam 02-20-05 12:02 AM

ill try and be positive, Nice Exhaust man, ;) may i ask what pipes those are, I seriously am looking for those type. btw i was not trying to be negative, just my car never sounded like that. sounds cool i guess, where are the defusers at? i dont have a clue where they would be located, or is there another name they go by that i might understand lol

Your car doesn't sound like that because yours is stock. The exhaust diffusers are located in the exhaust ports in the engine on N/A 2nd gen rx7's. They are meant to decrease noise by diffusing the sound waves, but many N/A people remove them during rebuilds or porting.

Instead of flying off and saying a bunch of shit and making it sound like you're an ass, why not just ask why it sounds like that? All of your posts just made it look like you were trying to badmouth him.

relocate battery, i say get electric fan, and it will alot better in the engine bay
