Rear wiper dead/ steering noice, help!
 

Need some help people. Rear wiper does nothing with switch turned on. Front wipers work fine except no fluid. I do have rear fluid, albeit not strong. Also, when I turn the steering wheel when going very slow, a strange noise (inside the car) happens. Where to start checking? Thanks, I'm a major rookie to automotive scene!

first off,check and see if you have 12 volts to rear wiper motor,

I'll try to check noise tonight. If I remember it sounds like something is loose or moving somewhere? I'll have to hear it again. Sorry.
