rear wheel bearing ( searched)
 
is changing the right rear wheel bearing fairly easy or is it going to be something i need a write up on? . if i do need a write up can someonme please point me in the right directiion?

Haynes manual FTW.

1)Remove the wheel
2)Remove the caliper and bracket
3)Remove the rotor
4)Undo the axle nut
5)Remove the DTSS bolt
6)Remove the upper and lower carrier retaining bolts
7)Remove the carrier
8)Remove the oil seal
9)Press the axle flange out
10)Remove the snap ring
11)Press the bearing out
12)Reverse

oops, forgot to add:
.....
9) Press axle flange out
10) REMOVE INNER BEARING RACE FROM AXLE FLANGE
11) Remove the snap ring
12)Press the bearing out

Its a PITA. I did the drivers on mine last year and today I just did the passengers. If you take the whole knuckle off, the part the bearing is in. You will most likley have to replace the DTSS bushings with DTSS eliminators since they get ruined when you remove that one bolt. you will need a break bar to remove the bolt for the DTSS bushing.

I also replaced both rear struts with Tokico HPs. Both rears were bad.

I noticed my drivers is going out again but I think that is my fault. I kinda messed up the seal on the bearing so im sure crap got in there. First time doesn't always work out the way you want it.

You should order a new gasket which goes behind the bearing. Can't see how important it is though.
