Rear lateral links; where to buy?

Long time no post. Missing my FC, I'm working on an 87 TII for a friend and it needs some suspension love.

"lateral link" in this image.

Where can I buy stock ones aside from the dealer? Both of the ones on this car are so ridiculously worn out that it feels like it the back isn't connected to the front of the car. He's off work for a bit and wants to spend the minimum amount possible on this repair, but I'm not willing to put garbage on it either. Are these a common wear item? I've never had a set of these go bad on all the FC's I had over the years.

Also, long time since I've bought shocks - What's a good OEM quality (in terms of ride and longevety) or mild upgrade strut?

a few vendors sell adjustable versions for about the same price as a new set of OEM units.

aside from that the dealer or used are your only options.

and no, they generally do not fail.

J-Auto. "Juan" on the forums is the guy to talk to!

I was wanting to avoid aftermarket (pillow ball style) because of the noise and harshness. But it seems the point is moot anyways. For some reason the nuts on them were completely loose, allowing a huge amount of play. I tightened up the nuts and it's much better. A set of new bushings and struts and it'll probably drive like a new car again.
