Rear camber adjustment question
 

Got my Ground Control coilovers on and of course there is some nice rear camber. I did a search and got a lot of opinions but no real stats on how much each rear camber adjuster could actually adjust, so here I am asking.

This is how much camber I have.

Anyone have any idea on which camber adjusters would be able to work for me to get it back to 0º?

Any really, the cusco ones are very nice and hold up well to abuse. They only way u can really tell is take it to get it aligned. They can tell u exactly how much negative camber u have. Then u can look for certain adjusters that will change it up to the amount of negative camber. I hope that made sense.

they will all ajust the same amount... racing beat ect. the problem is the diff hitting the body as you adjust. that is what sets the limit. none will run outa threads. (the single rod ones.) you might be able to change it by about 1*.

if you are looking at the dual side ones from mazda trix those are for equalizing tiny amounts between left to right. and not for adjusting a large # of camber to both.

FYI stock camber isn't 0 it's more around -1. I'm at about -2 right now with the rod which is fine.

Yah that makes sense, but for now I can't really get to an alignment shop because after I got my car home last night it snowed about a foot so the 7 isn't going to be moving much lately.

Has anyone had any experience with these Mazdatrix ones?

Adjustable (ON the car) Rear Camber Links -- really trick pieces - Allows adjusting camber on EACH rear wheel.

These will take out about as much of the negative camber in the rear wheels as is "mechanically" possible. The only way to get more of it out requires a lot of cutting, grinding, and welding.

like I said above. I would only use those to equalize the difference between the left and right. use the single rod for taking camber outa both.

Yah I just read that, you posted while I was typing that up.

Remember most camber adj. will change toe also. rb claims to have some that dont after you get it done make sure you alin it my rear camber is at -.9 and max rear camber is -1.2.

I have those camber adjusters and they are sick! I would recommend them to anyone. Independent adjustment of camber on each wheel is very nice to have, they helped my problem out immediately. no more uneven wear.

Did you get an alignment after fixing it too? I'm just worried about the aligment part because of the coilovers. I mean I'm sure good alignment shops deal with coilovers all the time, but with the rears since the hat of the GC coilovers sits up at a stationary point i had to make sure the spring was going into it as I lowered the car. At first the spring didn't seat properly in it, it was a bit crooked, because I wasn't paying attention so I raised it back up and pushed the spring forward and it was fine. But I was wondering if an alignment shop would make sure to do that? I don't know how other coilovers work as these are the first ones I've ever dealt with. I just don't want the hat not sitting properly on the spring and not knowing it.

and they had enough movement ?
