RB Mufflers hanging down...tucking em up???

ok, I had a Rb exhaust system installed on my s4 vert and as is the case with many RB installs I have seen posted on the board they hang down pretty low. They arent moveable or loose they just sit low in relation to the exhaust cutouts on my s4 rear bumper. I questioned the installer and he told me that they could get them up higher but they would require some heating and bending (???)
I know ive definatley seen them tucked into place and I need that. They just look like their falling off or something.
btw....i told him to order and install new doughnuts when the exhaust was put on.

what do u guys do or what is needed to achive what im after?

Maybe he got lazy and dident put the doughnuts on both hangers. There should be 2 on each side.

Check that the Y pipe rubber hangers are on correctly, and make certain they used the correct doughnuts. They may have used larger doughnuts to make the installation easier.

When I installed mine, it did hang lower than the stock. Some day I will take the rear sections off and bend the hangers that the rear doughnut mount to. That should pull them up into the correct location.

actually, i think they use 1 doughnut and a bushing type deal on each side.
