RB Exhaust installation

I ordered a RB Ehaust for my 87 T II, It's the complete system, from header back, also got a new gasket and device to keep fuel flowing to the rear rotor. My question, what problems have you guys had installing this system? Or removing the old? :Kill1:

rust would be a normal one ;)

I hear the studs can snap on you, correct me if I'm wrong. Either way I'll be soaking mine in plenty of PB blaster when I get around to doing my exaust.

I have to agree that rust is the bigest factor. Lots of PB blast and you will be fine. On my RBTurbo Back setup everything bolted together perfectly. Thankfully on mine the only bolts that where ipossible to remove where from the Y pipe to the Mufflers. But you can just slid those out from under the car. Infact if all of bolts are frozen, you COULD just work the Turbo outlet bolts loose and pull the whole thing out in one piece. You would however have to have the car really really high to clear the down pipe.

This Exhaust is hands down the best thing you can do to your car.
You said that you got the fuel cut defender for the rear rotor. Are you planning on doing anything to add more fuel to the engine??????? If not you will have BIG problems.
