Razo Shift Knob Install Question

I am trying to install the Razo RA 68 and the instructions are in Japanese. It comes with 4 different plastic inserts which doesn't have any thread on them. how do I install this? I think the #10 insert is what goes in for the S5.

Twisting it on it will create its own threads in the plastic , you just need to put on the right size insert.

I had one of those 'universal, fits all" knobs..hated it.
I took a knob from the junkyard that I knew fit the threads of the shifter in the Fc and I dremelled the guts out of it...just enough to shove it into the universal knob.
you put that "homemade new sleeve on the shifter, then shove the knob on,.and then I tighten it down.

so I tapped and threaded the right pitch and it works like a charm :)
