Randomly decided to not turn on

Hello all, I drove my FC home last night from a friend's, and this morning I went out to turn it on and it doesn't seem to want to kick over, it spins and reaches around 300 rpm but it's not kicking over, I have checked that the injectors are not stuck, and the my tacho still works so the trailing coil is good, my CAS signal reads fine in the adaptronic. I'm wondering what else it could be, random compression loss may have occured but I'm looking for any other tips. One last thought. This morning I went out to crank it engine temps around 30c and it fired up on like the second crank but it sounded weird, kinda like running on one rotor, but how would it randomly do that, have coils ever gone bad on one side?

A list of some of my mods:
adaptronic select
S5 turbo 2 motor
Holset hx40 turbo
No emissions equip
No air pump
No power steering
Fuel pump require

Any input is appreciated,

Mike

Today I started it without the leading coil plugged in and it was able to run, i plugged in the leading coil again and i could get it to rev slightly more, noticeable but still obviously running on one rotor. The AFR's are stupid rich on start immediately diving to the 8's and slowly climbing to the 10's when i have my foot on the gas (fuel cut). Im wondering if an injector is sticking open, although some other threads have lead me to believe that gas would come out of the down pipe or i would be able to hear the injector spraying when i have the pump on. Could an injector be stuck partially open? Here is a
to the car running I think on one rotor.

You can start with deflooding it and some new plugs.

Already had tried that, it eneded up being a fuel pressure regulator diaphragm failure, it was shooting gas into the lower intake vaccum port. It was a new Holley efi fpr, lasted about a week...onto the aeromotive.

Is it a PnP adaptronic? Can you try starting it on a stock ECU?
