quick question about the exhaust ...

I have RB headers and magnaflow high flow cats and magnaflow exhausts, and
I'm thinking of getting resonator to keep the sound of the car low (because of the smurfs in blue).
Would the resonator work on rotaries since they create a lot of heat.

what would be my best solution to keep the low sound?

thanx guys.

Might try one of those Borla Bullett racing mufflers inline after the cat..... just make sure whatever you get, its packes with stainless steel wool or it'll blow out in a heartbeat

there are a few good resonators(hmm dont know if I would choose as best option, but could be a cheap option) available that will withstand the rotary output.

I believe there is one called (dont quote me) a one twist resonator (def not glass pack) that I used on my 82GX that sounded really good and seemed to hold up just fine. Got it at Budget Brake and Muffler here in Canada.

But like I said there are other options as well, just this type I used soubde really good(and quiet) and was cheap at the time.

I am wanting to put a test pipe in my FC and i was told that i need the stock mufflers to take the heat that will be produced. my local muffler shop has them for 105 a piece
(mine are rusted off) would there be a better cheaper solution to getting mufflers for my car? like are there any other good mufflers for a bit cheaper?
