Quick question about 4 point harness install

i have some 4 point harnesses that i am looking to install in my FC. i have a roll bar behind both seats. i can just wrap the shoulder straps around the roll bar and use slide bars to tighten it down right? what is the best/safest way to install the slide bar? here is the piece i am referring to.

I see the question was answered in the race section, but I've got something to say about 4 point harnesses.

I really don't like 4 point harnesses. I wouldn't wear one because I don't think they're safe. When you crash and your torso moves forward pulling on the shoulder straps it'll pull the lap belt up off your hips and into your gut, making your injuries much worse, and possibly turning a survivable accident into a fatal one, or turning one where you should walk away into one involving a hospital stay. The Scroth ASM harnesses are better, but I still wouldn't ever use one. If you really, really want harnesses, get 5+ point ones.
