question on a/c removal
 

cant seem to get any info on first gen forum wanted to see if yall can help me...... i just finished ripping apart my whole car its a 85 glu. 12A motor btw. i took out the whole dashboard all the way to the frame, then i removed the air pump the thing in front of radiator and all lines in the engine bay. now my question is the center piece of the dashboard goes through the firewall and connects to some lines, doing a search i found out they are hardlines but nobody replied on how to get them off or plug them up can you plz help me thanks in advance

NOTE: AESmaster said "What EXACTLY can you use to plug the two hard lines in the firewall?" but there is no reply, again sorry if this is a repost

Uhmm... why not just take a dremel, cut them off, pull them all out and plug the holes in the firewall?

If all you want to do is remove them then remove the AC and they will be gone:)

Just be sure to plug them holes with some rubber gorments or something, dont want to get high from fumes now
