Have you changed the wiring harness? I blew two harnesses and one switch intil I rebuilt the curuit using IceMarks technique. You gotta add a 30A relay to the curcuit. Takes about an hour to do the repair.

na i haven't changed the harness what all do i need to do to do icemarks way

theres the link. I didnt soulder becasue I bought the cheap ass battery powered soulder-er that sux a big one.

I crimpped wires together and used the metal connectors for the actual relay.

If you take the harness out for the headlight switch, you might be able to see a burnt out connection. Check the prongs on both sides of the connection. It was obvious on mine.
