Pressure / Air intake temp sensor cross-compat.

just a thougt. why exactly would the N/A pressure sensor work on the turbo model model? they should do the same job right? or does the n/a version only handel vac. conditions and atmosphereic changes? i cant remember the part number for the pressure sensors but i know it starts with N327 for the n/a. dont have a Turbo version yet to know the other. Just a thought, if one does only do vac. and minute changes in atmospheric, could you use that one on a turbo version, thus eliminating the need for a FCD, taking for granted that is the source for the boost reading the ECU uses? seeing it would max. out the range scale it can handel? or could you have the hose connect with a check valve so i only reads vac and will only reach atmosphereic? thats why you could control the fuel amount yourself with a fuel controller like an Emanage?

also, the air charge temp sensor. There n/a version is N32610F and the turbo version is N3268G. The 8g is a bit ummm used and i honestly dont trust its operation. The 10F i also have is in very good shape. The look identical except for the model number. any chance they are cross compariable or do they read different temp ranges? if so, could you use a turbo version on an n/a? seeing it would have to cover the temp range the n/a version would and additional from the turbo heat?

IF I AM WRONG ON ANY OF THIS, PLEASE TELL ME. I HAD TO PRESUME SOMETHINGS!!!

You can't use a non turbo boost/pressure sensor on a turbo and vice versa.

The air intake temp sensors are the same, turo or non turbo. See the fsm, Fuel Section.
