powered mirrors on a car w/out powered mirrors.

Is this easiy to do, like just plug in some connectors, or is it much harder?

Shouldn't be that hard... Any electrical system is any electrical system...You basically get the motors, wires, buttons... You should probably get a manual for an RX7 that has power mirrors to determine what amp rating the fuse should be...probably only 10amps! You'll need to drill/cut the holes out wherever you are mounting the buttons...and you will need a ground point...there is a good one located under the foot rest just left of your clutch pedal...the mounting bolts for that make a good chasis ground!!! Hope I was a helpful idiot!

I have looked into it a little but not enough to completely answer the question.

There are two wiring harnesses in the door. The manual door has only one harness. You can pull the second wiring harness when you pull the hardware but the real question is: Does the main harness plug for the second door wiring harness exist on all cars?

The main harness plug for the mirror adjust button appears to exist on all cars.

Of course it's not that hard to design your own wiring harness.

i dont think i can do it, I don't have the time, or the skill. I'll just have to buy a different set of mirrors.

thankyou for the help.

If you want to go "ghetto", you could put the power mirrors in and manually move the mirrors themselves.;) Doesn't work too bad, and if you have the power interior triangle pieces as well, they look better IMO than the manual pieces. More smooth and classy.
